Please select the service you would like to receive at the time of booking. If you decide to change your service, you must reschedule your appointment to reflect the correct service so adequate time can be properly allotted.
No deposit is required to book an appointment; however, a valid form of payment is required to secure all appointments.
To ensure sufficient time is reserved for your visit, all add-on services must be selected at the time of booking. Add-on services may not be accommodated if they are not scheduled in advance.
All appointments are scheduled to begin on time and are booked as exclusive, one-client appointments. Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period. If a stylist is running more than 15 minutes behind schedule, you will be notified via call or text. If additional time is needed due to late arrival or scheduling conflicts, the appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled to maintain our on-time service standard.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. To avoid charges, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance through the booking site.
For safety and comfort reasons, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a scheduled service.
